Consumer behavior has changed. Most IT directors wouldn’t book a restaurant without reading reviews, but when they need technical resources for an IT project, there’s little data available to help them choose the right IT service provider.

Dynasource is on a mission to bring visibility to the IT services market by providing vetted data on the technical skills and industry experience of IT service providers. To support that mission, we have created what we believe to be the most comprehensive dataset on the skills available in the Dutch IT services market.
Headquartered in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, Dynasource is a global company with an international team of 27 colleagues from 7 nationalities located in several countries among which United Kingdom and United States. They all have a strong passion on improving the IT Industry by clarifying the available IT skills.

The role

 
We are currently hiring Sales Development Representatives to grow our team in Amsterdam! As an SDR you play a major role in developing our sales funnel in the Netherlands by recruiting new service providers willing to onboard on our platform. We are looking for people who are passionate about over-achieving monthly targets and qualifying opportunities that result in new business!

Your tasks include:

  • Proactively engage new clients and grow the sales pipeline.
  • Qualify leads coming through different sales channels such as events, webinar sign-ups, demo requests or other smart sales driven actions.
  • Work closely with other sales colleagues and the marketing department to drive the pipeline in a sustainable way
  • Use your strong selling skills and persuasiveness to set up qualified appointments and convert prospects into new customers.
  • Constantly keep up to speed with learning about our product to provide high level introductions.
  • Use your creativity to find new ways that contribute to successful conversion of prospects to new customers.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of working experience in a client engaging role, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • You love rolling up your sleeves to inspire our leads and prospects as a real representative of Dynasource.
  • You show great curiosity about software products and you are comfortable working with them.
  • You are perseverance and you have the capacity to think and act in terms of solutions.
  • You’re a strong believer that trial and error is the only way to sell a new solution like Dynasource to the market.
  • You have well developed organisational and time management skills.
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English.
