How do you prevent recruiters from scouting my employees?

Our partner-to-partner platform does not grant access to recruiters and brokers. The Dynasource Customer Success Desk actively screens all new registrations and any middleman activity. When and if this activity is discovered, middlemen are denied access. Similar policies are in place for members that are trying to recruit experts from other members. Visible experts are by default presented anonymously (no name or contact details can be found and profile picture is blurred) in the search results so that they aren’t contactable directly.
