Welcome to Dynasource. We’re delighted to have you onboard. We’re working to bring transparency and visibility to the IT Services market. Trust is an essential part of the Dynasource story. Having a clear Privacy Policy is an important place to start.




“Dynasource” is Dynasource B.V. “We” are registered as a company in the Netherlands.  We develop, own and operate a “Website” ( and online “Services” to support IT Vendors, Partners, Re-sellers and the Professionals they employ. We want to make the IT Services industry work better for every stakeholder. We are here to help IT Vendors understand more about their Partner communities; enable the best Partners/Re-seller to differentiate themselves more clearly; and make it possible for Professionals to really show off what they are capable of.

We are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy sets out how we treat the Personal Data you supply when you access our Website, use our Services or interact with us.


Your rights matter


If you hold a Dynasource Account and would like to see the Personal Data that we hold about you, you can request a copy any time.

If you find that the Personal Data that we hold about you is incorrect, you can update it online or ask for it to be updated.

If you want to delete your Personal Data from our Platform, or restrict the processing of it, you can do this online or ask us to do so. You can also ask us to transfer your Personal Data to another company.

Data we collect from everyone who visits our website


Usage information – Whenever you interact with our Website and Services we collect usage information. This includes which web pages you visit, what you click on and when you perform those actions.

Google Analytics – We use Google Analytics to help us improve the Website and Services that we offer. This data includes usage and user statistics.

Device and browser data – Whenever you visit our Website or use our Services, we collect information from the device and application you use to access our Services. Device data mainly means your IP address, operating system version, device type, system and performance information, and browser type. Our log files record data each time a device accesses our servers. The log files contain data about the nature of each access, including originating IP addresses, internet service providers, the files viewed on our site (e.g., HTML pages, graphics, etc.), operating system versions, device type and timestamps.

Cookies – We use small files called cookies to help the functioning of the Website and to improve our web-based Services.  Cookies are stored on your computer and used by your web browser. You can choose not to accept Cookies from our Website by changing your browser settings and switching off Cookies.  Choosing not to use Cookies might make some parts of the Website inaccessible, and some features may not work as expected.  If you have not switched off Cookies in your browser’s settings, we will issue Cookies when you access our Website.


Data we collect from users with a Dynasource Profile


Profile Data – You may make use of our Services by accepting our Terms and onboarding to our platform. In doing so, you will provide us with different information, depending on who you are. We use this information as below:


Sharing data with third parties


We share data (first name, last name, business email address) with the following third parties:

  • Intercom – We use Intercom as part of our Services to deliver communications to you incl. live chat.
  • SendGrid – We use SendGrid as part of our Services to deliver communications to you from within the platform.
  • Auth0 – We use Auth0 as part of our Services to authenticate our platform users and secure their data.

We do not use or share any data for the purposes of advertising vacant roles or recruiting staff. 


Legal grounds for processing your data


We process your data because it is necessary to execute our agreement with you (see our Terms), to pursue our legitimate business interests or because a legal obligation requires us to do so, for example in case of a search warrant, subpoena, or court order. If warranted, we may also allow access to this information in special emergencies where physical safety is at risk.


Keeping and storing your data


Some of the data that we collect may be stored at a destination outside the European Economic Area (‘EEA’), for example some of our IT systems are run on servers hosted in the USA. If this is the case, we take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that all adequate safeguards are in place and that all applicable laws and regulations are complied with. You are entitled to receive a copy of any documentation showing the suitable safeguards that have been taken by making a request via

  • You ask to be removed earlier
  • A longer period is necessary for us to fulfill our legal obligations or defend a legal claim


Security Measures


We take commercially appropriate measures to ensure the security of our Website and Services. However, please keep in mind that no website or online service is completely secure. We cannot guarantee that unauthorized access, hacking, data loss or other breaches will never occur. In the event that a breach does occur – you can count on us to respond in a way that is consistent with our legal responsibilities.

Please remember that when you use a link to go from our Website or Services to another website, this Privacy Policy will no longer apply. Your browsing and interaction on any other website, including those which have a link on our Website or Services, are subject to that website’s own rules and policies.




Our Privacy Policy will be updated from time to time and we recommend that you check back regularly but we will notify you of any fundamental change well in advance of the change taking place.
